Tomasz supports investor relations, LP communications, and deal operations across Balnord Fund I. He works closely with the GP team on portfolio reporting, fund materials, and strategic transactions.
Tomasz joined Balnord from the Black Pearls VC ecosystem, where he spent a decade working on investment execution and portfolio monitoring as part of the LQT Fund team. At Balnord, he is responsible for LP-facing communications, fund reporting, and supporting deal work — including coordination of the annual Balnord Summit, the fund's flagship event for institutional LPs, portfolio founders, and strategic partners. He works across the full investment lifecycle, from deal support and due diligence to portfolio follow-up and exit-related transactions.
