Before joining Balnord, Maciej held positions of CEO, finance vice-president and board member in several early stage life sciences and ICT companies. Prior to that he was the CEO of Inveno Venture Capital fund and spent 11 years as a Director of Investor Relations Department in Polish biggest ICT company- Prokom Software. Maciej has over 20 years of senior executive experience in fundraising, investments,

IPOs, public trading in securities and M&As. Since early 90s Maciej has been connected to the polish capital market, both as an investor and founder of Sopot’s Brokerage House where he was responsible for the organization of brokerage house foundation.
